Makhachev vs Tsarukyan UFC 311 Fight Cancelled
As per reports it’s said that the fight is cancelled. It is said that the contract isn’t been signed between the two fighters.
However, there isn’t any official confirmation from both the parties about the fight being canceled. Neither there’s any office statement published by UFC.
It was said that Islam Makhachev would be facing Arman Tsarukyan on UFC 311. For the main event. It seems impossible as few days are left for the event.
Tsarukyan and Makhachev have been seen working out for the fight. Recently Tsarukyan was seen practicing with the champ Khamzat.
UFC on their official Instagram handle have revealed the line up fights but we don’t see anything post about Makhachev vs Tsarukyan.
This news has made the fans very disappointed. Both the fighters are facing each other for the second time now.
Makhachev won his last fight against Tsarukyan. This fight happened in April 2019. This would be the rematch of this fight happens.
Islam Makhachev record is 26-1-0. Makhachev has won his last 14 fights, a streak to remember. When de we last see such an impressive record. Majority of the fight were won by submission, everyone knows that Makhachev is best for submission. He brutally chokes out his opponents.
Arman Tsarukyan record is 22-3-0. An impressive record too. Tsarukyan has won his last 4 fight, 2 fights by TKO. Majority of the fight were won by unanimous decision. Still Tsarukyan is well known for his brutal strikes.
No matter both the fighters are superior in their fields. Makhachev’s grappling and submission power is something that Tsarukyan lacks. Fighters are afraid of what Makhachev brings to the octagon. Once an opponent is the grip of Makhachev it’s very hard for the fighter to get out of the grip. Also, Makhachev has developed his striking skills too. This has made him become of the greatest fighter of all time. In recent fights we have seen the striking power of the champ.
Arman specializes in striking and the cardio he carries is spectacular. Arman strikes hard very hard. Tsarukyan agility is at different level. Most of his fights were for full 5 rounds, by this we can gage the cardio power of Tsarukyan.
Islam Makhachev practices with none other than Khabib the undefeated champ. He has got a lot of specialties of Khabib. Khabib and Makhachev both are amazing in their grappling skills. Who else would grapple better than the two champs out there. Few days Khabib hinted Makhachev fight against Tsarukyan.
Tsarukyan has been recently seen practicing with the Khamzat the champ. Khamzat is too the undefeated champ in the octagon. Both the fighters are seen sparring hard. It’s sure that Khamzat might have thought Arman critical skills, that would help him to compete against Makhachev.
Considering both fights ability to fight is something that the fans would look in the octagon. Makhachev has proved himself once already. Tsarukyan knows how Makhachev fights. The rematch won’t be a learning one but the delivery one.
The streak that Makhayis carries is phenomenal. It gives and edge to the champ to dominate the fight against Tsarukyan. We have seen how skilled Makhachev is. He doesn’t fear whoever the opponent might be. He goes all out on the opponent. The fearless approach and the dominating skills makes him an absolute winner.
Whereas Tsarukyan has emerged as an exceptional fighter in coming days. Arman has excelled his striking skills, the strikes have become more powerful than ever. But it’s not enough to take down an opponent like Makhachev.
Raman definitely needs to come up with some amazing strategies. Hope he has developed some of the KHAMZAT skills.
